“Healthy Roasted Salmon”

Ingredients
* 4 salmon fillets (about 6 inches each)
* 2 lemons slices and juiced
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 tablespoon melted butter
* Salt and pepper according to taste
* Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
1. Preheat your oven at 400 F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In small bowl putt ingredients together lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, melted butter, salt and pepper(according to taste) to form your marination.
3. place your salmon fillets on prepared baking sheet. Spread your marinade evenly over the salmon fillets.
4. Roast your fish in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked
5. Once fish is cooked, remove from the over and let it rest for few minutes.
6. Garnish your fish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
