Crispy Parmesan Chicken Fingers

Ingredients:-
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Half cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Half teaspoon salt
- Half teaspoon of black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat oven temperature to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Putt flour on a plate.
- Start beating the egg in a bowl and mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in the bowl.
- Coat each chicken strip with flour, dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently adhere.
- Place your chicken strip on a prepared baking sheet and spray cooking oil.
- Put in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the chicken fingers are golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Honey Mustard Chicken Fingers

Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- Half cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Half teaspoon salt
- Half teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Half cup Dijon mustard
- One fourth cup of honey
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to temperature 375 F and line the sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, paprika, salt, and black paper, dip each chicken tender in the flour mixture, and shake off.
- Dip floured chicken in the beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place coated chicken tender on the prepared baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Flipping halfway through, until the chicken fingers are cooked through and golden.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard and honey.
